With psychopaths it's all about using people to get what they want; there are no emotions all all, and no boundaries. They have intellect, so killing the sister would also mean a one-way trip to the big house if discovered; therefore it is unlikely. Sadly, most psychopaths do not have the mental faculty to think that they will ever be discovered, or just plain do not have the social restraint to understand what they do.
