Psychopaths are emotionally detached and would not think of love as a viable justification for killing someone. It seems highly unlikely that the same man would return to the second funeral. And not only are psychopaths emotionally detached (and would thereby not consider "love", which they typically do not feel, to be a viable justification for killing someone), but they would not usually be stupid enough to kill a close relative. A woman who does this is more likely to be insane than anything else. Thinking like a killer or insane person is not the same as thinking like a psychopath. Only stupid "psychopaths" who aren't really psychopaths fit this scenario. 1) They would be stupid because it is completely illogical to think that a random man would reappear at another funeral of yours. Chances are they won't. 2) It's stupid because the chances of getting caught are extremely high. 3) This person isn't really a psychopath, because psychopaths are not emotional enough to feel love. Therefore, love would not be a reason to kill. In short, this test is fundamentally flawed. Terrible test.
